Projection TV Convergence section troubleshooting

Hi

May you please help. I have worked on a couple of Rear Projection TVs with convergence problem. Usually, the replacement of the 2 ICs and maybe some burnt resistors & capacitors will solve the problem. I am having a problem with 2 Samsung Projection TVs. The ICs are heating up excessively and you can't adjust "BLUE". The supply voltages, components in the section are all measuring okay. What can be the problem.

If it's the model with 2 ic's in a horizontal position at the front of pcb it usually works ok after setup.
"   "     "     "       "    "  "    "  " vertical         "      up LHS of pcb you will require genuine ic's.
