Bush IDLCD32TV05HD beko psu Z1J.194-04 dead no standby
« on: September 09, 2010,19:02:56 »
Hello
I have this bush for repair it is dead, found 4x 1000uf caps bulging on the 12v line (replaced)
I have also tested for the following with no luck
R954, D909, IC901, all ok
To test psu add 6v2 zener from pin 2>1
there are 2 outputs on this psu 24v comes up and after a while dies away
and 12v (pin 2) only comes up to 1.3v
This psu has sprung into life once and ran with good output voltages.
I have swapped components over from the 12v psu to the 24v psu which are the same with still no luck.
Can anyone help,
or does anyone have a manual for this
Regards
Tony.

Hi TMG,

What is it - well, few numbers or piccies - our Sparky might get distressed (he's an info man - others do it with table tapping) - Chris

Thank you John for the psu circuit now I can crack on and check all the rest of the components that I was unable to swap of to the 24v psu side.
I have also resoldered the whole pcb with no luck.
Chris Much table tapping was done on this thing certainly wont forget this one= (The 3 years out of the trade means I have a lot of catching up to do these days)
Regards
Tony.

Hi Tony,

Would almost kill for a piccy of P/S, would swap with Sparky for half his 'Woodbine'airship collection - (not a word though - Chris)
