SHARP LC32D44EBK 32 stuck in standby

SHARP LC32D44EBK 32, I have one of these tv that is stuck in standby. i have checked the power suppy/ inverter board number runtka396wjn1 and i get standby voltage. but when the relay comes in it just go's to a reset or safety circiut

hi see if will come on in service mode input &vol - while plugin in if so cheque lamp error code should be 0
sounds like an inverter problem ,have one earlier model with same symptons turns out to be control ic on inverter panel

tried to send it to test mode and the backlight flashes on then goes off
