ok guys had this tv for a couple of days now just keep freezing on freeview looked at the power board found 3 caps under value.still doing the same it's a grundig model number gulenar32hdip i'll try and get some piccs later any help would be great thanks

had several with same fault needs new mother board none available to
cure fault faults been present since digital switch over only thing to
do is loan cust freeview box till technical at grundig can sort if out
they no all about this fault if you try new software update or replace
epprom fault still there

Hi,

I have 2 here, in Yorkshire a 26" and 32" both with the same fault. What I have found out is they only lock up on channels from frequency 40 ie ITV, CHAN 4, CHAN 5, MORE4 and E-4.

The 32 uses a nice Samsung, so the screen can go in a 32R88. The 26" one uses a Chi-Mei and I have a few sets that need that screen "V260B1-L01". Sad that they will both be scrapped for such a silly fault...that's life.

will not do has they said as long has they have the reciept
quoting sale of goods act must have reciept tho
