Hi,
It's a 'Cello' chassis, you might try: http://contrast-uk.net/cello.html,
they have a technical help, might be worth a try,
Regards,
John

Looks similar to a few Chinese chassis I've had my hands on and each of them was different access due to software written for various manufactures. But it woun't hurt to try Menu 1147 or Menu 9527.Depending on your direct problem(why you want service mode), try a work-around. eg.Blanking (external) of 24c32/64 can cure a few ails on these.(remember to backup b4 blanking for in case you want to revert).
