ok guys got called out to look at sammy model number le40b550a5w vertical line straight down the screen. looking like a screen fault or is there a fix. here is a picture it's not the best you'll get you the drift thanks

i powered the set up and for got to connect the tcon board no band silly question does this mean the tcon is faulty thanks

Usually no - no input - no problem. Give some LVDS info - guess it's the screen though - Chris.

cheers chris, the model for the tcon board is FHD60C4L V1.0 i'll probably give it back to the cust cheers
