goodmans RF fault

you glad you sorted it but surely you would have checked to see if in dtv mode
also you said in scart mode nothing coming thro when you tried freeview?

Hi,
This TV is used primarily when I want to watch a program that my wife dosn't so I get kicked out of the lounge where the main viewing TV is and sent to the Goodman TV in another room so it isn't in use daily.
I think it was a number of factors coming together, it was ok.the last time I used it prior to the football match I wanted to watch but I presume it went out of tune. In the events that followed I ended up with it sourced on TV not DTV and as I said didn't revisit basics thus ended up on this forum.
I think the letter I was about to post to Prof Brian Cox about joining his team on particle physics I will put back
in the drawer for a month or two
