hi all,i have this lcd 'onei' lcd tv,which is faulty,which just flashes its standby light.Any one know what could be at fault ?

The vestel board number is 17pw26-4,if anyone has any info on this.

make sure when you start testing, either desolder one end of the resistor diode or take them out of the circuit, with capacitors and transistor it would be better to take them out good luck

Has anyone had problems with these boards,i thought about changing the 'start up caps' c801 c892' one cap is 100uf 25v and the other is either a 3,3uf 50v 0r 33uf 50v,small writing on the cap ? can some one confirm which is right.

update,changed the two caps as last message i put up,no change,still getting flashing light and about 1 minute after the plug is pulled it still flashing ?
i wouldnt mind if someone has the info what cap does what,is this possible ?

hi.
check if any short regulaturs in main board or very small resistance.
hade a tv with same p.s and power led blue was flickring.
i found that the HDMI IC IS SHORT.

Check dry sold joints frist, Resold blast board H.V transformer and connectors come from power supply..

Mostly heated areas had dry solds
tip woks many times.
