hi keith, here is the board it's a pw26-4, the fella said the standby light was flashing. had this set in a couple of weeks ago had it on test all weekend never went to standby while it was in my shed  so i rang him so he took the set back so he's brought it back with the same fault, back to square 1, just had it on test again still hasn't gone off. here is a picture of the power board, going to do voltage checks test caps, i did read on here that chip ic830 could cause this fault it's a fan7111 it's not the best picture thanks for your time

 thanks jordon i'm going to change a few of those caps see how we a go, i found the service manual on here last night, says in the manual, c810 is a 10nf/630v and c878 is a 22nf/630v no big deal, thanks again. i don't  know what we'll do without ya
