Stuck in Demo Mode.

Hi Guys,
I’ve picked up this TV Mod No LG 42LD790.
When switched on you get the LG logo with the words Life’s Good and a diagram of a clock underneath.
After about 5mins the set goes into standby.
The only controls that work are the standby buttons on the set and the handset cannot get into any other setting.
Any Help much appreciated.

OK Jorden, so how do you put it into home mode? As no controls except the standby buttons work the TV.
