Logik LCXW 37HD- repaired PSU but won't accept keyboard or remote commands

Blown fuse found PSU on this one was shorted. Changed bridge rectifier. Powers up ok but can't get keyboard to take instructions. Disconnected the keyboard, Using remote doesn't accept commands. Could be main board issue. Anyone had similar issues?
