Sorry, don't recognise the board, but the blue socket is probably for programming,
as for the EEPROM, I would also probably go for the IC near the top-right of the main IC
(the one with the heat sink).
Check the voltages on pins 5, and 6 of this IC (the data lines), and if they are the same
(about 2v), you could try a reset, similar to the SAMSUNG (keep these pins short
while switching on, and release) - if these these voltages are different, the IC is
probably one of the versions that use write protection, and this method won't work,
